How does pricing work — what's the difference between Starter and Pro?
We have two tiers. The Starter plan begins at $299.99/month for part-time hires (up to 40 hours/month) — ideal for founders who need a VA or support without a full-time commitment. The Pro plan starts at $599.99/month for a full-time dedicated hire. Pricing for both tiers varies by role — senior or specialized positions are quoted higher. Both plans include compliance, payroll, and a free replacement guarantee. Cancel anytime.
What if my hire isn't a fit?
We'll replace them for free. If it's not clicking in the first 30 days, tell us and we'll match you with another vetted candidate — no additional charge. Our job isn't done until you have someone great on your team.
Where are your hires based?
Across West Africa. Our talent pool speaks fluent English and works hours that overlap 4+ hours with US business hours, so meetings, Slack replies, and same-day turnarounds all work normally. If you need specific geographic coverage, mention it on the intake call.
How does the vetting process work?
Every candidate goes through a skills assessment for their role, a live communication interview to test English fluency and professionalism, and a culture-fit screen. Roughly 3% of applicants make it through. You only see finalists worth your time.
Do I need to handle contracts, taxes, or payroll?
No. We handle contractor agreements, cross-border payments, local tax filings, and compliance. You pay one monthly fee to us and we handle the rest. You never touch a W-8BEN.
Is there a minimum commitment?
